Dreamstime.com I would be seriously remiss if I did not mention here the site to which I owe virtually all the images on Rascal's Growlery. The Dreamstime.com website is literally an impoverished writer's best friend. If you have a web site or book cover you want to design, but not much money, this site is the place to go. They have thousands of royalty-free images you can download for a very reasonable one time fee. Once you have downloaded them, they are yours to do with as you please so long as you are not reselling the images themselves (i.e. posters, calendars, anything in which the image itself is of central importance). I got the images for both my site and my book cover (The Fraternity Files) from Dreamstime, and I have been extremely happy with them.

Each image has been linked, whenever possible, to the Dreamstime page of the author who contributed it. A special thank you goes out to the photographers whose images have added so much life to these web pages.
